Thank you for your interest in participating in our psychology studies at the University of Toronto.
Here in the Department of Psychology, we are interested in learning more about how thinking and learning processes change with age. Our studies involve a number of different tasks, which may be paper- and/or computer-based. No advanced computer experience is necessary. There are also opportunities to participate in neuroimaging studies (e.g., fMRI).
All of our studies are optional and you are never under any obligation to participate.
To sign up and become an active volunteer with the Adult Volunteer Pool, please fill out and submit our online recruitment form. Upon submission of your information, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. You will then be contacted when the next study is being conducted.
Please rest assured that the information you submit will be kept completely confidential in our database. Our researchers will only have access to your name, age, and contact information.
In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, please note that we no longer mail out our bi-annual newsletter to our volunteer members.
