PSY100 Students

PSY100 students at the University of Toronto have the option of taking part in a study to earn a credit for their final grade. Scheduling appointments with the lab can be done over the Psynup website.

Thinking About Relationships

Are you in a romantic relationship? If so, you are eligible to participate in our research study (1 hour, pays $30 per couple, must come to lab with romantic partner to complete experiment). For more info please email:


Daily Experiences in Relationships

We are seeking married and dating couples for a study about daily life experiences in romantic relationships. Participation involves both you and your partner attending an initial information session at U of T downtown campus, completing several short surveys each day for 7 days, and then returning to U of T St. George for a second information session. You can receive up to $50 each (up to $100/couple) at the end of the study! To be eligible to participate, you must have:

-at least grade 12 education
-be married or exclusively dating for at least 6 months
-have an iPhone or Android smartphone
-have nightly Internet access
-be able to provide your own transportation to U of T downtown campus for two visits

Dating Algorithm Study

If you are currently single but open to being in a relationship in the future, you can take part in a 1 hour long study that pays $10. You must meet the following requirements:

-You must be currently single
-You must be interested in dating a female partner
-You must be a student with at least a high school education
-You must provide your own transportation to U of T
