Biography

People often belong to many different types of groups. However, the importance of these diverse groups in defining personal identity varies. Professor Karen Dion is particularly interested in examining what factors contribute to the personal importance of cultural/ethnic identity (or identities). In addition, she is interested in intergroup attributions, attitudes, and prejudice.
